Please help! Soft ban 24 hours later!

Some one help me please!!

Everytime I play a game no matter the out come I get this message 

The EA servers are unable to process your request at the current moment, please try again later

and then I get the loss 

someone on another forum has said it sounds like a soft ban for playing too many games in a short amount of time.

when I speak to advisors on live chat they assure me there is 100% nothing like that in the game 

I have followed all troubleshooting still the same 

please sort this out
