I have been trying to pre order EA Fc 24 on my ps but it keeps saying something is wrong, I have checked everything and I have no clue why I can't order the game when I have money in my account. Also I am I have a foreign bank card payment method but my main store front is in English so it comes up as £s instead.

Could you verify if the region settings of your console and Playstation account match each other, please? There have been instances in the past where players encountered similar issues due to the usage of PSN store accounts that were registered in a different country. This might be causing the problem, as the PSN store is region-restricted.
Hey i pre orderd EA FC 24 Ultimate Edition on ea app and have the same problem i bought the game JUL 19, 2023 and somehow its still requesting money from me. I tryed to use another pay method but it still dosent work. Its not because i need any money on my card.
