Prime Gaming not received

Hey there I need help because I have been trying to collect my prime gaming since Fifa 23 and when I tried to do the same thing in EAFC 24 I still don't get my rewards even though everything is linked to my PS5 account I have talked to the chat and they send me here and the forums say to keep talking to people until is resolved but I am getting very frustrated can please someone help me I don't understand why I can't receive my loot. I haven't even received the EAFC open first objective pack and I have received the rest of them.
