Re: For real, why would you make L1 and L2 + R2 dribbling even worse and slower?
@blue166 1. You are referring to something else, I am talking about the L1 dribbling. It was nerfed to the ground already and it was barely usable, to the point where it was only usable by moving horizontally. You seem to be talking about left stick dribbling animations. Two completely different things.
2. No, L1 and L2 + R2 are NOT usable now, they are so incredibly slow and have such a high ball control loss frequency it's useless even with Bernardo Silva.
3. This is a GAME, not real life, and it will never be. It's childish, immature, stupid and unreal to believe that this has to be a simulator and in reality, dribbling is so much faster and so much frequent and easier, so in both ways it is NOT right, it's not a faithful representation of reality, and it's not fun. You are only trying to force your own perception of a simulator to make things slower because you can't guess your rival's next direction.
4. Given that it's stupid to want it to be a boring and dull simulator of a reality that doesn't exist, what it really should feel like in dribbling is arcade, and guess what, that's what Winning Eleven's dribbling was and it's how japanese soccer games were all designed to feel like, arcadey dribbling.
In the end, there should be a middle ground and people were just fine with L1 dribbling before this last patch, now it's a hard uncontrollable sweat fest.
