Re: I got banned for no reason in EA FC 24

Hey all, you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • Can you provide me with help without providing a generic copy and pasted reply, it’s seems to be company policy to copy and paste answers. I’ve raised 2 cases and both were denied with the same reply. Now I know for sure if anybody actually looked into the case I would be unbanned immediately as I had only play 3 matches and didn’t cheat or buy any coins or even message anyone. Please can you help me, I have lost all hope

  • I already did this and yet my appeal was declined, I'm so pissed off I have done nothing at all against the rules, and yet they have the balls to lie and say it was for buying/selling/distributing coins? give me a break I'm not a loser who does that, I grind my * off and now you're telling me I've wasted 4 months grinding getting to just over a million coins for TOTY and they do this? It's Pathetic

  • Same happened to me sometimes they ban you for trading because they want you to spend more money on packs and they only response you get back is the same generic copy and pasted messages there a joke they just want your money no customer service won't be long now till fifa release there game then we can forget about these jokers

    EA will not help you. They only send automatically generated mails.
    They hate their customers and only want the money.
    I've had the same problem before

  • Same thing happened different story 

    I got hacked last month 29th last month,  hacker tried to make changes to my EA FC 24 account then whole team got deleted. on 2nd April case got denied turned out I got a sanction with no reason when. I don’t have anything on my account after it got hacked and deleted on 29th. I never got an email from ea about the sanction. They have submitted an appeal to the case 🙏

  • @klash_ldn This is EA in a nut shell. Of course they farm out much of this to Sony. Much of the time without any information as to why a ban occurs. They will allow some odd things, that to any rational human being would break the ToS, then nick someone on a grey area or even something that did not even break the ToS.

    Hello

    I have had Fifa/FC on the same account for 15 years. All of a sudden I am banned without explanation. Please help me unban my account. This is wrong of EA to ban me with no reason whatsoever provided.

    I got banned too. I have an xbox that I was playing fc 24 sometimes. And like a month ago got banned for no reason. Even I'm not playing it online. They don't tell exact reason and don't care what you say on your appeal.
