Community Manager@289a12de1e1639ba So the dual entitlement is based on the actual purchase itself and not so much if it was physical or digital. Its based on that specific purchase. Not all are dual entitlements. We cant see your account so you can contact support so they can check or the retailer but if you go into the store, and look up the game, and it doesn't show both, it is not both.

@EA_Shepardhow is this possible? Many users have the same problem, even those who bought the bundle directly from Playstation. At the time of redemption it was clearly stated for PS4 & PS5, otherwise I wouldn't have redeemed the game. In the terms and conditions it is explained that you can play on both consoles, not that you have to buy a specific version that contains both.

Community Manager@SimoS_2008 Im afraid that is something that you have to discuss with the retailer as we don't have the ability to change it. If the version you purchased, does not have the option to install either or, that version of the game purchased does not support it.
