Hi I received the code but on my ps5 I pressed continue instead of downloading the closed beta and now I can’t access it it’s saying the code has already been redeemed what can I do [CM - Edited title for clarity]

Hi @JBUG20120,If the code was already redeemed, you'll need to check through your PS5 game library if the download wasn't started right away. You should be able to view a list of all the titles claimed on your account from there.

Codes are specific to the platform and account they were generated for and cannot be changed, sorry!

@EA_Mako My code definitely wasn’t redeemed but it always says „wrong region“

I'm afraid the beta is only available in the US and UK at this time.

Outside those regions you would be seeing that Wrong Region message instead, unfortunately.
