Lol this time dev come out so quick, yesterday stay silent. Im gonna ask for refund too i dont care qualify or not the reason is the unfairness is too severe. Ea said 0.7 % player got messi oh well the easy right thing to do is to remove messi and 0.7% will get mad but 99.3% got justice. Shocking but expected ea did the opposite you gonna lost more than 20% of loyal players because of this.

So glad I didn’t buy this game. Played on a free trial figuring I’d end up buying it because I played 23 prob more than any other game ever. It has its flaws but I still really liked it. FC24 is a giant piece of walrus sh!t. It’s clunky, the passing is slow, the goalkeepers either make insane saves or ridiculous howlers with very little in between. The defenders maul you, but even that I could get used to if the overall gameplay experience wasn’t a wreck. I can’t do it anymore. After 6 years of buying every version, I’m done. 

Why can’t we get a refund?

The game has been fundamentally broken since release and people gave it the benefit of the doubt as it came away from FIFA but it is still a broken game.

I rarely even play the game yet multiple times a day I have to reboot the game due to menus randomly glitching out (photos added).

Endless in game glitches and mechanics that are just strange and need fixing but never do.

Completing objectives but occasionally not receiving said reward.

Endless mistakes from devs on Ultimate Team that ends up benefits some users but ‘shafts’ others (Messi glitch being the latest).

As I said, the game has been and still is fundamentally broken and I, and sure many others have given up hope it’ll ever be fixed.

I’d love a proper explanation why we wouldn’t be allowed a refund?

Bro these guys are a bunch of con artists. They're not gonna give you money back. Even though you gave them more then they would ever deserve.

I'm not even blaming the employees, they're just working to get money, good for you.

But it's starting to look like an Indian scam company.

They don't even reply to anything when it's bad for the community except if they are forced to.

No communication, no simple fixes. ( simple * fix like objectives still not fixed ) no improvements, no nothing.

Worst company I have ever witnessed in my life.

Just look at all the topics everywhere, everyone is * on the game, they don't do * * all.

They are working on another scam called ea fc 25.
