Soft banned from online matches

me and my mate did the bronze milestone in friendlies so quiting after scoring and now get kicked at the end of any gamemode on FUT. Anyway to fix this soft ban?

Same issue here, been soft banned for 4 hours.

        Playing brons objectives and out of nowhere i cant play anything without DNF
