Switching from the old Xbox one S to the new generation
Hi, I have a question.
I'm thinking of buying FC 24 for xbox one S. which is an old generation. My question is if I buy fc 24 on xbox one S and then when I buy a newer generation in a few months will I have the same team in fut or will I have to go from the beginning? Because my friends have the new generation Xbox series X/S and we can't play together. But after i would buy the new generation so we will be able to play together, but if i will keep the same team in FUT.

If you stay within the same console family (Upgrade from Xbox One S to Xbox Series S|X) your Ultimate Team™ progress will be saved, and you won't have to start all over again.
Only if you decide to switch the platform (e.g. Upgrade from Xbox One S to PlayStation 5) you would need to start from 0.For your example you would be able to keep all your progress 👍
