As such, I asked the following: Comprehensive details about EA SPORTS FC24, including but not limited to: Legal entity name Registered address Contact information (phone number, email address) VAT number (if applicable) and any relevant registration or accreditation details Logs or records of all open cases or communications I have had with EA SPORTS FC24, including: Case numbers or reference numbers Dates and times of interactions Summaries or descriptions of issues raised Any proposed solutions or actions taken by the company I kindly request that this information be provided to me in a timely manner to facilitate the submission of my complaint to Consumer Rights Protection Europe (SWISS). They don't care about us, their answear was just a general one, I received no specific information.
As a community, we have invested time, effort, and sometimes even resources into building our team and progressing in the game. The recent events, however, highlight a lack of fairness and transparency that we cannot ignore. Are there personal or professional goals we're not pursuing because we're too caught up in the game? I encouraged all my friends to quit the game, and since last week we are not playing it anymore.

The proposed solution, in my opinion, falls short of providing a fair and satisfactory outcome for the following reasons: - IN 24 MINUTES A LOT OF BASE PLAYERS HAD THE OPPORTUNITY AND CLAIMED A POWERFULL IN GAME ITEM MESSI TOTY - I WAS NOT GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO COMPLETE THE SBC IN TIME - I RECEIVED NO COMPENSATION - I DIDN'T RECEIVE A RESPONSE AND A SOLUTION SPECIFIC TO THE PROBLEM I RAISED - GAME IS UNBALANCED BECAUSE OF THIS UNRESOLVED MATTER.
