How can I transfer FC Points (to come with FC24 ultimate edition) to another family account that uses the same PS 5 console??

It is not possible to transfer FC points to any other account. You will only receive the pre-order bonus on the account where you purchased the game.

The problem is that I had to buy and pay FC24 (Ultimate Edition) within my own (father) account. How can I manage that my son (child/family account) can use the FC points? What if we download FC24 when logged in with the child account?

I have the exact same issue, is there no solution as my son can't pre-order this as a surprise!!
I „solved“ the Problem by buying from my son‘s account. If you know his Login data, he might not notice until release.
Go exactly the same issue and a very upset 13 year old on his birthday.
Surely this is something that can be easily fixed? I'd be very surprised if it is impossible.
I'm having the same issue right now. The way this is set up makes it impossible to buy the game as a birthday present (which I had done) only for my son to be utterly disappointed when the game downloaded. It's frankly a bit ridiculous that you can't transfer them!
If this is the case can I get reimbursed on my purchase and just take the standard edition?
