Transfer Market Ban

Over a week ago my account was banned with no warning or explanation from the Transfer Market which I swiftly followed up with an email to EA asking why this was. The response was due to buying/selling or promotion coins. None of these I am guilty of and have never done as such. However despite how much I ask for my transfer history and asking them to prove the claims they are making, I get the same bot reply. I think the ban may be due to me selling a base Rodrygo at max price while he was extinct due to the finisher evolution just coming out. The fact I am still being accused of this is insane as I have never had more than 75k coins at anytime in the game. Is there anyway I can have a talk with a human about this? I am willing to send bank statements to prove I did not purchase coins or whatever is needed of me to show that I have not broken any rules. I paid full price for this game at launch and have logged over 200 hours so such a crucial feature being stripped from me for no reason is insane. I just want to be able to speak to someone either over the phone or live chat so I can find out why I have this ban and so I can prove my innocence.

    I'm sorry to hear that your account has been sanctioned. Unfortunately, we cannot handle account disputes through this forum. If you believe that the decision was made in error, you can submit a new case along with any additional information that may help during the investigation. 

     

    Please note that the team will conduct an independent investigation every time you submit a new case. Based on the outcome of the review, you will receive a response from the team.

     They are the only ones that would be able to overturn or modify any type of ban/suspension/action taken on your account.

  • As mentioned I’ve tried this multiple times and get a generic response saying my ban won’t be overturned. My claims for proof and what I believe actually caused the ban just gets ignored all I want is to speak to an actual human. I’ve seen the message you’ve posted so many times a genuine response from a human would be appreciated.

    Unfortunately, we cannot change the decision if your claim has been denied. Our Terms of Service team thoroughly investigates each claim, and the decision is based on the information gathered during the process.
