Transfer Market Ban
Over a week ago my account was banned with no warning or explanation from the Transfer Market which I swiftly followed up with an email to EA asking why this was. The response was due to buying/selling or promotion coins. None of these I am guilty of and have never done as such. However despite how much I ask for my transfer history and asking them to prove the claims they are making, I get the same bot reply. I think the ban may be due to me selling a base Rodrygo at max price while he was extinct due to the finisher evolution just coming out. The fact I am still being accused of this is insane as I have never had more than 75k coins at anytime in the game. Is there anyway I can have a talk with a human about this? I am willing to send bank statements to prove I did not purchase coins or whatever is needed of me to show that I have not broken any rules. I paid full price for this game at launch and have logged over 200 hours so such a crucial feature being stripped from me for no reason is insane. I just want to be able to speak to someone either over the phone or live chat so I can find out why I have this ban and so I can prove my innocence.
