Wrong Division Rivals Rewards

I went to open my Division 2 Division Rivals Rewards at around 5pm today. I got 7 wins to was entitled to:

1 of 3 94+ PTG/MYM/TOTT player pick

1 Jumbo Premium Gold Players Pack

1 Rare Players Pack

1 Rare Electrum Players Pack

1 85+ x3 Rare Gold Players Pack

1 86+ x3 Rare Gold Players Pack

and

1 94+ x3 PTG, MYM, or TOTT Pack

as well as the usual Champs Qualification points and XP.

Instead I had the UNTRADEABLE option of 

2 Gold Rare Booster Packs

and 

2 Rare Players Pack.

I have spoken with an advisor on the chat and they said they could not grant me the correct rewards, and I must post here on the forums. I would like to receive my correct rewards but don't want to put my personal account information here. Please can I get the correct rewards.
