5 star skill moves do not work when assigned to a Clubs preset

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know how to reproduce this, as I have only seen one other person report this.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I add 5 star skill moves to a Clubs build preset, it only ever shows and behaves like I have 3 star skills.
What should be happening instead? My player should be able to do 4 and 5 star skill moves

I am level 100 in Clubs, but even with 5 star skill moves enabled, I only have 3 star skill moves in game. On the "My Pro" screen, it shows 3 star skills, but on the "Presets" screen, it correctly shows 5 star skills. Nothing I do can fix this.
