50k evolution expired

I bought the ansu fati evolution for 50k and it upgraded and now it just disappears

When enrolling into the relentless winger evolution, it said that the enrolment will expire in 7 days. This suggests that once you enrol, you have as much time to complete the evolution as you want. However, when the enrolment date expired, the option to evolve your card was removed. EA have seen this error as in the new evolutions it says ‘unlock within’ instead. But, they have chosen not to reimburse the users who were mislead

Exactly this one right here. Please fix it so we can complete the card, or fix the misleading information.

then return our money, the game never tolds that te timer is also for the challenge....... the timer is just for the purchase. do something abou it. you cant sell evolutions if you only have 1 hour left or so.

Same issue here, has this been logged with EA?

I think as a group we respect this reply but it clearly is a fault with the system that you can start an evolution with 1second left to complete it. This is obviously not possible and fundamentally a flaw in the set up. Regardless it isn't explained that once the option to purchase has expired the objectives to complete also expire. The only way to know that is to purchase the upgrade in which is too late to upgrade. 

Please re-look over this reply as it simply isn't good enough.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My Ansu Fati evolution expired, I just had one game to complete and it stays at 82, I paid 1k fifa points, I feel scammed, I want a refund, it is not told that the time is for challenges, I thought that is for purchase.
What happens when the bug occurs? Evolutions relentless winger should not expire.
What should be happening instead?

1. I would like a refund for relentless winger evolution, it should not expire. 

there's always an expiration at the bottom but normally it just restarts your progress and you can continue. This time though it expired the progress and didn't let you continue which is very misleading from EA. An exception should be made for us who have lost our coins/money.

50k evolutions expired, can I have my coins back/upgrade my evolutions jota please
