50k evolution expired

Hi,

I went to complete the relentless winger evolution without seeing it expired today.

I paid the 50,000 coins required to start it and before being able to get an upgrade the evolution expired. So was hoping for a refund on this.

I did the same thing, the timer said enrolment not expires in. Misleading and extremely poor from EA

I think as a group we respect this reply but it clearly is a fault with the system that you can start an evolution with 1second left to complete it. This is obviously not possible and fundamentally a flaw in the set up. Regardless it isn't explained that once the option to purchase has expired the objectives to complete also expire. The only way to know that is to purchase the upgrade in which is too late to upgrade.

You have expiry dates on your store packs does that mean if you don't send the items to the club and the pack expires does the contents inside also expire? Basically meaning what you have purchased also expire?! This is what your saying here.

Please re-look over this reply as it simply isn't good enough.

That is the expiry for the evolution, nowhere did it say that the challenges also expire. i want my refund of 100fc points as thats not marked correctly, it should state that when the evolution expires, then so do the challenges.

@Jaseygriffiscool I thought the expired time would mean the last time to start evaluation. Ea should reopen the evaluation progress. However, they just fixed the word.

I have got the same problem..
i bought Ansu Fati 50k winger upgrade, played one game and after my game I checked up the evolution and it was gone..
Felt very scammed..

This leads to another question. If you "unlock" it with an hour before it expires...how much time do we have to complete it. That to me does not look like the evolution itself expires at that time...just to be unlocked by that time.
