85x3 season reward disappeared

Not really sure what happened, but about 10 minutes ago I got my 85x3 season reward pack and successfully pulled Casemiro(89) Bruno Fernades (88) and Irene Paredes (88). Crazy pack rating wise. Then I was rearranging my bench and changed my manager which of course has a visual glitch then game crashed. When I relaunched the game everything was reset... My bench wasn't rearranged, my manager wasn't switched, and bruno casemiro and irene were NOT in my club... however the pack in the season reward WAS claimed. This game has to be the mosty unfinished FIFA/EA I've played in the past 10 yrs that I've played. I've given too much dumb money for this to happen. The amount of times I've had to restart my game by ALT+F4 because the game glitched and I was stuck. Something needs to be done. Minimally I should get the pack back.
