Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Putting correct cards into the pool so that the odds are correct. Over a month later I still haven't received compensation for the mess up meanwhile I've seen people getting 6+ picks for the same issue I had. Help chat say they can't help and this is all I can do to get someone to pay attention to the issue. I did that SBC as how it was advertised and the contents weren't correct and affected the results in a negative way.
