Let's try out a few steps that might help you get back in the game!

1. Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from  EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair) , Steam - Verify in your library
2. Delete the existing Settings folder from the Documents folder on your PC. 
3. Launch the game and the EA app as an administrator.   

I did all of these things bro but it's not working I verified the game and I remove it and install it again I format the PC nothing work when I launched the game the GPU go to 700 Mhz but in normal is 2000 Mhz I am on Steam

Can you share the DxDiag report with us, please? 

Make sure that your card drivers and system have been updated.

Here are some other staps that could help you in this situation: 

Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game.

Close background applications before you run the game. 

Install/Repair your VC++ files for the game (Microsoft VC++ Link) I would do a fresh install of this one 

Run the System File Checker tool 

Create a new Windows Admin account and launch the game on it. 

Unfortunately, I cannot connect to your PC in that way. 

I also noticed multiple radar_pre_leak_64 errors on the dxdiag. Do you recall any system issues with your PC? How long ago was that system installed?
