AI Spectator Glitch in WL?

Just readied up for a weekend league match at 10-1 and it put me in a spectator mode against 2 AIs Arsenal v Arsenal, i watched the entire game and at the end it was repeating the same cut scene over and over again so i closed my game and reopened and i got a loss??? what is going on? some of the things I've witnessed playing this game over a 12 year time span and this is the weirdest most moronic glitch I've ever seen in my life. Rank 1 gone because of this honestly what a incredible video game fair play to all EA developers you've blown it out of the park here haven't you? amazing. And the actually ea contact form doesn't work because it wont let me put what platform i'm on. Lovely stuff
