All PC Controller has Ghosting issue

Hey There

I have had some problems with Controller Ghost. 

Randomly, the controller begins to move to a side.

Sometimes, when I move my mouse in any direction, it goes back to working properly.

It happens with DS5 Controller , DS4 Controller, and Xbox serie S Controller; all that connects by Bluetooth.

It happens every game, but the issue appears randomly.

I tried all these steps: 
Uninstall the game.
Uinstall the EA App
Run as Admnistrator 
Uninstall the controller.
Uninstall the Bluetooth 
Switch off the mouse and keyboard. 

Already Close the Steam and other game store

Anyone can Help me ?
