All players saying NOT FOUND and have no colour

Hi All,

all of my team and the opposition’s team and the transfer list has got no colour and above the players heads it’s saying NOT FOUND for more than 3 weeks.  I do not even have access to special cards in the transfer market search function.

I’ve tried removing the UT Squads Update from Settings > Profile > Delete. and then re-download it but it didn’t fix the problem. I’m on PS5.

Any ideas how to fix??
