While I unfortunately don't have any updates to share on the issue itself at this time and that frustration is absolutely understandable, a number of you have commented on the thread being marked with a solution incorrectly so I did want to shed a bit more light there.
We do not currently have a separate way to "pin" a particular post or message in a thread, however marking a post as the solution will cause it to appear on the front page of the thread.
This helps us make sure everyone can see the post and does not have to hunt through a 100+ page thread to try and find whether or not an EA CM has posted about the issue, or whether we're even aware it's going on.
This does not mean we consider the issue resolved. Whenever we mark a post as a solution for visibility purposes rather than because there's an actual solution, we'll always be sure to very clearly state that in the post itself as has been done in this case.
That post is the one that will be updated once we have any news to share as well, which helps give everyone a single page/post to check rather than having to read through multiple pages to see if there has been a recent update.
As a human being, I'm sorry for you guys, but as a costumer -> worker relationship, you're just a disappointing and REALLY TERRIBLE worker. You don't deserver our respect in this topic.

I very much appreciate some sort of explanation as to why the issue is marked as resolved. I don’t appreciate it took this much time to get some sort of explanation.
Clearly it’s a flawed system that you have, and it’s simply misleading the people and causing problems. However, it does not in any way justify the neglect of EA, devs and managers.
People as frustrated, angry and disappointed. We paid for a product that we simply cannot use. For 4 effin months we’ve been waiting for a simple bug fix, and we’re being ignored.In any line of work, ignoring your customers and their valid complaints for 4 effin months is horrendous.
For the life of me I am unable to understand how this bug is not fixed. It is a live service game, that’s progressively getting worse…
After all this time the bug isn’t even acknowledged..
Lads, we’re not going to see a fix for this bug, it’s not going to happen.

again for those who don't know you can download the mod here, you just need a tool called Fifa mod manager to apply it (just google for it):

This removes the bug.

To install you have to download Fifa mod manager from the below link, import the mod and apply to the game. It is important to add the command line "-dataPath FIFAModData" in the FC 24 link of EA app, in order to load the mod when you launch the game.

You are the owner of the mod, I think we need to open it from the mod manager every time the game is opened, or is there no such requirement?

You need the mod manager only after each TU in order to rebuild it. Normally you can launch the via EA app if the command line is configured to run the game from the moddata folder

They just don't see it as a fault so it's pointless keep hoping they will solve it, just forget this sheeeet and never give your money to this company again.

@EA_Mako @EA_Darko @EA_rephii the next paragraph you guys write on here, please do not let it be some sort of explanation or apology. Nobody cares or believes you , just sort out the problem and you wouldn’t have to explain yourselves. Jeez, it’s like you guys purposely try to avoid the topic. How have you not fixed a basic issue in 5 months…are you that lazy?
