How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Evolve a card. Delete the evolved card and evolve the same base card again with another evolution. Then try to evolve the second evolved base card. Receive error "you already have an evolution of this player" Quicksell the player and restore it from the app in an attempt to unglitch The card is now stuck in the claim items in Store tab. On PC you get error "discconected from server" and back to Ultimate Team main menu (not kicked out of UT). And on mobile it shows as a duplicate which can only be quick sold again and when choosing option to swap duplicate it gives "connection lost"
What happens when the bug occurs? I have a 85 Mattheus Tete evolution card that fits into the new birthday evolution that costs 100k coins I tried to evolve but it said "you already have a evolved version of this player" and won't let me put it in. I believe this happened because I had an evolution of this same card in the past which I submitted into an SBC or quicksold (unsure) because another evolution became available for the base card that was better. To attempt to fix this I quick sold the card and then went into my app to restore it. When I restored it, it is stuck in my Store tab where all new items go to be sent to club or transfer list etc On PC anytime I go into Store it says "connection lost" and takes me to the Ultimate Team main menu (not kicked out to the Main Main menu) On the phone app it is showing up as a duplicate and I can only quicksell it again if I press option to swap with duplicate in club it says "connection lost" But there is no duplicate of the card in my club as it is an evolution. I believe game is recognising the old evolution version I had of the card as still being in my club when it is not. As a result I can't get my player back and I am locked out of opening or buying any packs and I can't spend the FC Points I bought.
What should be happening instead? The card should be able to be sent to my club then evolved in the new evolution
