EA SPORTS FC 24 in my collection is greyed out and cannot be launched with the error message:

An incompatible version of this game is installed on your device. Uninstall the Steam version to launch the game.

I own the game from 2 accounts, one on Steam and one on the eA app. After logging in from Steam, when I try to log in from the ea app with the account I purchased from the ea app, it gives such an error. Is there any solution? I've been trying for a week.
