I’m just going through the exact same thing as you.
I sold a low rated player that I packed initially, that was selling quickly for a certain sbc at that time.
So I brought I load more of them when people were putting them on the transfer market for around 450 coins, then they were selling for around 4-5 k each.
I earned around 200k and ea sanctioned me immediately, wiped all of my previous coins, plus the coins I made, i when I questioned what an earth had i done wrong they issued the same statement as yours.
I’ve spent my own money buying fifa points over the last 5 months, and they have taken this away from me, for nothing I have done wrong.
I'm totally disgusted with this, and I will be taking
taking this further if I have to.

I've been using the companion web in the transfer market over the past few days... Never really worked it out on previous FIFA's. slowly learning how to trade and over the past few days made a total of 150k coins which I'm really happy with. Finally sussed it out lol. Thanks Youtube lol
Now just had the message pop up telling me I'm temporarily suspended from the market.... having a google around it looks like its because I'm trading to fast. All I've done is bid on about 6 players, then gone into my trading list and bidded away. All i have done is place a bid once someone bids on what I'm bidding on.... If i bid slower i may lose the bid.
Anyone know how long the temp suspension lasts?
EA is scam cancer for football loving community they took my all coins this morning which i collected after so many hours putting in to this game logged in morning surprise all coins gone talk to an advisor who told me my account is sanctioned wow amazing so annoying never gonna play this game again
Done exactly the same. Been buying serbian turkish players due to the objective for Tadic and was so good. Made 700k over 3 days (been doing it on the game using controller). Now I have a full ban, cant even sell a player anymore. EA are shocking, I have just contested it and waiting for there reply. They want you to buy there points so they make money, and dont like people making coins on the game whatsoever. If you dont like it, take it out the game, which i think they will do as untradeable packs are slowly taking over.
I also got banned from transfer market for no reason shown in MY BAN HISTORY page. I'm pretty sure I did not break any rules with what I did and if I did, these rules aer wrong.
But I won't fight with pointless EA anymore, it's just a waste of time. I've made my decision and as a result I deleted this totrally *, buggy game. I signed up for the UFL beta and am excited to see GOALS eoy when it's releases and later an original FIFA soccer game from 2K.
Congrats EA you managed it and lost another customer forever. EA will never get only 1 cent out of my wallet. I'm done with that company.
I'm almost there with you. I've spent thousands of dollars (real) and have built up a nice selection... But NO MORE! IF EA was worried about coins being trade via a third party, why not just have an option to buy coins directly from them? But no.... You have to BUY tradable packs and place the players on the market and then you get banned if you're an aggressive trader? For F's sake .. they have a stadium award for market trading 🤣🤣🤣
What is sad is the company (EA) participates in a capitalist market... Yet they frown upon players who do it in the game . It's about supply and demand. It you know what's going to be "hot" and invest your time and money (virtual or real) aquirring certain things that will sell for a profit THROUGH THE GAMES MARKET (NOT A THIRD PARTY TABOO WEBSITE) then what's the problem? You take the risk of not being able to sell said items. .. heck .. look at what EA has done with TOTS... Everyone is getting high ranked cards and when you try to sell a tradable version, you can't get squat for them...
