Bidded on a 94 Beasley, and i never got my coins even though i won the bid,

I bidded on a 94 Beasley for 77,500 coins and i won the bid but never got the card nor my coins back if it was outbidded, contacted EA Help and they said to report it here so here i am,

I did, they told me to come over here to report it, and that its just a bug and it will be fixed if i do.
