Black Heads with Rainbow facial hair on subbed players

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure but i think its happening with only players that come in with sub. last game only the subs have this problem. but in the past i see it and on the crowd and sometimes bugs and on the kits.. kits turn total black when i switching kits to select.
What happens when the bug occurs? problem with the faces/shadows/colors of facial hair , its turns rainbow
What should be happening instead?
It's happens after the TU14... before tu14 the game was working totally fine... i dont know what happens.. The subbet players heads turns total black and the hair rainbow colors..
Sometimes when i try to select kits for the game , the kits turns total black.
