Bug during pro club promo match

Today we were in the middle of promo games we were in our 4th game we won it you can check the history and suddenly 70th (there were 3 of us) me and a friend it makes us error occurred and our 3rd friend it makes your club declare forfeit while we were winning if you can do something so that this match is counted and that we only have one match left to play because really the problem is starting to be annoying we let it pass when it is during normal games but in the middle of promo I promise you it is super infuriating
