Bug in 88 players pick from the store

I bought the 88 players pick, and the system made a pick for me without being able to change it. I chose my player according to the highlighted green  Frame, seeing some bugs on X (Twitter) I made my choice, git out and chose him (Araujo) again and clicked to choose. It can be clearly seen in the video. The system however marked  a different card (Paredes) The green Frame was always on Araujo and I deserve to get Araujo, I haven't chosen Paredes  at any stage. The system did it and therefore it's a bug. I want my promo card please. This is totally unfair. And the customer service wasn't helpful 

Please check the video carefully band you'll see that my choice was clear.
