Bug with evolutions

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:PlayStation 5

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Evolutions
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 01132024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 10:20 PM
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to put an evolved player into another evolution
What happens when the bug occurs? It says communication error with ultimate team servers
What should be happening instead? Evolve my card

I‘m trying to evolve an already evolved player but everytime i put him in the evolution i get kicked out with the communication error message. I can put the same player into other evolutions and i can put completely different players in there but not the specific one i need. Any tips to avoid this bug? Tried it too in my companion app but i got kicked out there aswell

    I’m trying to evolve my player also as I just put him into a evolution before this and it’s kicking me and restarting my game

    Same here, trying to evolve a already evolved player that the game says is eligable but get an error message every time, app and PC

    Same here! Impossible to evolve a yet evolved player. Nor on console nor on the app. Annoys the hell out of me.
