Hi i purchase the ultimate edition of EAFC24 on playstation store and from the time till release theres no commentary sound at all on ps5 console. Tried uninstall and installing back and it wont help...

Community ManagerHey @buzzy1808 Please check the audio settings on your PS5. If they are configured to 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound and you don';t have a home theatre system, the commentary might not be audible as it's directed through the centre speaker. To rectify this, adjust your audio to stereo mode, and it should resolve the issue.
@EA_Pulsar Already check my ps5 setting nothing such as stereo setting and so ya. Dloby sound all i change djff one but still no commentary at all. Uninstall and install but same. Chant crowd all can hear
