Can’t access ultimate team

every time I choose ultimate team from the main menu it starts loading and after that I just get and empty screen with the a football stadium on the back ground i can’t even go back to the main menu how can i fix this?

    I can’t access my ultimate team, I was doing a player pick a few days ago and the screen crashed on a player pick, I can’t even play games and I can’t even get out of the crashed screen I really need help man
