Can’t connect to EA servers in FC24 as usual the problem disappears by itself and then comes back from time to time. I can login in with my friends account on the same console but not with mine.
Is there any way getting in touch with a real person not an AI on EA help? I have several tickets and none have been solved. Someone needs to look into MY account not just bug report and nothing happens. Customer support is beyond bad it’s just ridiculous.

- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the steps from Xbox
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Try removing and re-adding your gamertag from your Xbox
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console

Thanks for replying! I have done it all and as I said it doesn’t matter. I have tried on 2 other consoles and isp.s and got the same message. But can login with no issue on my friends account.

Here you go! Every other game works, even NHL24. But the thing is this issue always disappears from nowhere and then comes back.

And that’s through my phone. The Xbox is running Ethernet connection.

Yeah sure but what’s the point when I already know it’s an account issue. Already told support several times that I can login if I switch to my friends account with zero issues. And if I switch back to mine it says servers are unavailable.
