Can not use early access on steam for ea fc 24

Hey so I purchased EA FC 24 Ultimate edition for like 97$ and it won't let me download it on the ea app even though it shows up as early access accessible 9/21/2023 7:04 pm.

I downloaded it on steam to see if it would work through there and it also will not let me play the game. I attached a picture proving that i bought the game on steam.
