can' play fc24

When I start FC 24 and go to Ultimate Team, it just keeps loading and nothing happens. Then I tried to exit the game and enter again to see if Volta Football would work, and after 2-3 minutes it crashes. I don’t know what to do. Please help me.

Hi, I'm playing on PC, and I tried to fix it by deleting and reinstalling the game, but it didn't help
