Cannot access transfer market through mobile app and web app.

Is the transfer market or just the objectives list? Because I can search for players and list them also but cannot access to the obj. list. Same issue in web app, companion, and console
The transfer market. I can login to the app to check SBC, Obejectives, stores etc., but as long as I click Transfers, then the app will log out and show login unavailable.
me too, i can access my transfer, but i still can bid players. even in console or webapp also companion onmy phone.
