All of a sudden I can access transfer targets again. I don't know why but I can! Maybe EA did something?
I suggest you that al of you who have had this issue login and check if it's been resolved for you, too.

I can access items that I have one and send them to club or sell them. However, I cannot clear out items that I bid on but did not win. When I try to clear them I am taken out of Ultimate Team.
Maybe it's a work in progress?
And now fully resolved!
