Cannot access Volta or Ultimate Team, or any online feature on F1 22 (PC)

I am begging for help at this point, had this issue for as long as I can remember and I'm at my wits end now. I've spoken to multiple advisors at EA and nobody can help it appears. On F1 22 I cannot...
