Cannot connect EA server of FC24 on Ninetendo

Hello, it says 'you lost your connection to the EA servers. Sign back in to access online features. See ea.com/unable-to-connect'. We try to do it, but still same issues.

    Yes but it not helps. I don't play Nintendo games and no clue how to help my son to fix it. Is there any number I can call or anyone can show me how to fix it step by step?

      We have the same problem. Did you find out the answer here? Or is there no solution for nintendo to play with their friends?
