Cannot play any online mode - Kit Selection

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to play a rivals or campions match and load into the kit selection menu and try to select kits.
What happens when the bug occurs? You shouldn't be able to select your kits or back out of the menu.
What should be happening instead? You should be able to select your kits and load into the game and play.
I cannot play rivals or clubs. I try to play a rivals match and I get stuck on the kit selection, I cannot select my kits and I can't back out of the menu I have to either wait for my opponent to leave, close the game down, or wait to 40 seconds for the lobby to end. Whenever I try to play clubs I can select a position and load into a game, but once the game starts I cannot control my player whatsoever. This means I have to close the game down because I can't get the pause menu up.

we're sorry you're experiencing issues starting a new match in the UT Champions Playoffs. Please follow the steps below and let us know if you've been able to fix the issue:
- Go to your Squad, delete the current squad, and create a new one. You can use the same players, but it's important you start the new game with the new team.
- From the FC 24 Main Menu, go to Settings>Profile>Delete and remove the file UT Squads Update. Go back to Ultimate Team and start a new game.
If those steps don't help, you can start a new game in Division Rivals, and please let us know if you can play that mode with no issues.
