Can't change to different club leagues on seasons

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unable to change league when changing team on seasons. Only able to select team from highest league in each nation. Unable to scroll across on league section but able to scroll across on nation and club sections.
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to resolve with restarting, deleting/reinstalling game.
What should be happening instead? Should be able to select different leagues to choose team from on seasons
