    Hello everyone,

    After an investigation, it seems that the issue has been solved and it was caused by a local ISP problem. This issue should have been resolved by now.

Fc24 was working properly. I was in the menu and suddenly i was disconnected. After that i cant connect and the "unable to connect" appears. Tried to play fifa 23 same deal, i can play online other games.

    Want to add that i already...

    Reset router

    Reset ps5

    Safe mode ps5 and clean cache and memory

    Erase save data

    Delete and reinstall game

    Unlink and link my ea account

    Ended playing COD....

      Thanks.

      But imho this should be fixed by ea. Not by users who payd a lot of money for a game that is not ready for playing.
