Can't get into store because of low resolution

I can't open the store in the ultimate team, it keep saying store desn't support this resolution.

I tried every in-game resolution and it didn't work either.

I updated windows and every driver  nothing changed

I also deleted the settings file and repaired game files.

For 2 weeks I have tried every solution I could find any where still nothing.

also why do I need high resolution for the store when I can play and open moments packs too on any resolution, it's a realy stupid and frustrating bug!!!
