can't login to ea fc companion app

can't login to ea fc companion, it says access has expired  CM: Edited to update thread title to include more context

Are you playing on multiple platforms with that account? Have you made any changes to your account recently? Can you remember the last time you were able to log in to the companion app with that account?

    only pc, game is bought on steam, and the last time i used companion was in fifa 23
