Cant make subs in squad battles, cant exit the menu meaning forfeiting the game

Question

I seem to be able to make substitutions in the first half fine, but second half I go into the team management menu and it won't allow me to back out of it and won't actually make the subs I want meaning I have to reset the game and it forfeits the result.

I am using ps5, I have reset the game and console several times and it is still glitched, also tried it across several matches and its the same

I also have the problem on the pc. I can’t even make subs not even in rivels. I also can’t change the position or even get out the menu .
