Can't submit sbc

I can't submit any sbc anymore. Not sure what happened but I keep getting an error when I try to submit any sbc and it kicks me out of ultimate team. I am able to submit them on my phone and on another account but just not on my main account anymore. Ive restarted the game a million times, and deleted the game too. If anyone can help at all that would be great!
