If I understood correctly, you receive an email reminder for a player transfer, even tho he's already been included in a swap.
Please, whenever you can, share a couple of screenshots of the player who moved out from your club and the email received from your staff so that we can report it to our Team.

I can't do this, because I have moved on and didn't screenshot them at the time.
However, it's easy for "the team" to replicate, based on the information I have given. It's also easy for the coders to identify where the problem lies, so it would be good if you could raise this with them, and let me know what the outcome is.
We NEVER get feedback, so it would be good if we could have some in this case.- EA_LeonSK2 years ago

For visual bugs, it is preferable to share screenshots or clips to make it clear and easy for us when we report the issue to the Team. There's no problem if you can't share them.
For the next time, if you jump on a visual bug or issue you want to report, please share screenshots or clips. With the best collaboration, it will be faster to identify and fix issues.

Career Mode cannot be played for more than 1 season as almost all key players will request a transfer if they miss 2 games all season.
What’s the point of giving you screenshots with an email request? Are you dumb? The whole forum complains about this * feature which makes no sense. Instead it’s been months since people are complaining and you still wait for screenshots * idiots. I want a refund this game is completely *!
