Career mode bug - coach dissapointed despite good performances

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i guess you can find it by playing really good in career mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? i get this message randomly throughout the season: "Good evening Niklas, I am really disappointed with what you have delivered lately. I'm not sure if I can count on you - especially not in the starting lineup. You need to give 110% in every single practice if you want to win back your place. It's up to you. Are you ready to fight for it? Best regards, Timo Schultz" Manager explains that hes disappointed in me, no matter how good i perform or how many goals i score. Im topscorer and main player in the lineup. all maxed out on the manager likeness. I have experienced this at every club i've been in and its kinda annoying because i want to do good and have the acknowledgement from the manager.
What should be happening instead? i suppose i get some acknowledgement from the trainer instead, and some positive feedback, when i perform well.
